In this work, efficient non-fullerene organic solar cells are demonstrated based on the environmentally-friendly solvent system. The blend films morphol. from the non-halogenated solvent exhibits more suitable phase separation as the non-halogenated additive is employed. In addition, the additive engineering induces the preferentially oriented self-assembly for the mols., which contributes to better exciton dissociation, enhanced carrier mobility, and balanced charge transport.
