Flow rate, 75 mL/min., uv, 250 nm) as solid (40.0 mg, 50percent). 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD) delta 1.52 – 1.64 (m, 1 H), 1.68 – 1.80 (m, 1 H), 1.80 – 1.92 (m, 1 H), 2.06 – 2.18 (m, 1 H), 2.25 – 2.31 (m, 1 H), 2.75 – 3.10 (m, 5 H), 3.39 – 3.49 (m, 1 H), 5.14 – 5.27 (m, 1 H), 7.55 – 7.66 (m, 3 H), 7.69 (dd, J=8.5, 1.8 Hz, 1 H), 7.81 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 1 H), 8.00 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1 H), 8.27 (dd, J=8.1 , 1.7 Hz, 2 H), 8.89 (s, 2H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3): 399 (M+H)+.
