To this mixture was added 5.89 g (29.5 mmol) of potassium hexamethyldisilazide and the mixture was stirred with heating at 100 C. for 22 hours. After the reaction mixture was poured into 200 ml of water, extraction with chloroform, washing with a saturated saline solution, drying over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentration were performed. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography to give 2.22 g of a light brown oily matter (yield: 34.4%). 1H-NMR (600 MHz, CDCl3) delta: 0.93 (3H, t, J=7.7 Hz), 1.29-1.35 (2H, m), 1.51-1.66 (6H, m), 3.22 (2H, t, J=7.7 Hz), 3.26 (2H, t, J=7.7 Hz), 3.66 (2H, t, J=6.9 Hz), 5.05 (2H, s), 6.27-6.31 (3H, m), 7.11 (1H, t, J=8.2 Hz), 7.30-7.33 (1H, m), 7.37-7.39 (2H, m), 7.43-7.45 (2H, m)
